The structural dimension parameter optimization method of tapered roller bearings for wind power gearbox

چکیده
Taking the non-standardized internal structural dimension parameters of rolling bearings as design variable, constrained optimization mathematical model tapered roller under maximum target basic static load rating and dynamic has been established. Optimization results have obtained by using improved multi-objective genetic algorithm, NSGA-II. After above-mentioned methods were used to bearing on high-speed shaft a 750 kW wind turbine gearbox, its rated can be increased 15 % 17 compared with standard value. Thus, proposed are feasible reliable, certain application value for improving performance prolonging service life.
